Last Wednesday's evening hunt started out with my rifle falling off the blind platform 14 feet to the ground and destroying (hopefully just) my scope. Fortunately, I pack more than one rifle, because it didn't take long for the evening to go from bad to beautiful!

Thank y'all very much! Fortunately Athlon's warranty covers stupidity, because the accidental fall was definitely my fault.

Very excited about the buck. Outside of a couple spikes and one cull buck, all I've ever harvested are does. Finally got a shoulder mount-worthy buck to go on the wall! Now it's just the 6-7 month wait for the taxidermist...

Going back out next week. Hoping my 8 year-old can harvest his second doe and his first buck.

I'd agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong...

What scope? Sometimes they warranty the scopes and replace it with a new one
