We’re all just pretending to work this week anyway, so let me know what you think of this guy. He just showed for the first time last week. Age and score guesses welcome. [Linked Image]

I will say 7 from those two pics and low 160's on score. 98-100 down and 62-64 up

His main beams and G4s definitely have my attention.

He has great brows, nice G2s and G3s and really good G4s. He looks to have good beam length and decent spread...just not as much mass as you would want.

Plenty old enough and plenty big enough...at least for me!

low-mid 160s and looks 6.5 to me.

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

After looking at this buck again...I don't think he will break 140 and it to old for you to shoot....you are in luck since I took my only 13"+ buck already in my AR county I am available the rest of the season to hunt this buck to get him off your place. grin

Always looking out for others...

The one place I have pics of that buck isn't a great place to hunt. We don't have pens around our corn feeders and that pasture is a hog and turkey mecca. Of course, it also happens to be the pasture where I've located a target for my son's first buck. Cool bruiser MF 8 with a nice kicker... Let me see if I can find a pic.

Here he is...

My BIL went looking for the buck he passed a few weeks ago with the mule deer forks, but ol’ “Splits” didn’t cooperate. We will both be back at it Friday. He did manage to get our first look at the 10 point in the original post and said he thinks he’s just over 160. See pic below. Both the big deer were seen from the same stand. It’s going to be cozy in there with me on his lap all weekend, haha.

I'd sort out the details after I had him on the tailgate of my pickup truck.

Ive got him right at 160 and a real beaut. No question I would shoot the other one bigtime before I would him.
