Thought I would mention a couple of products I purchased last year, that have been very helpful. The first one is a Outdoor Edge Razor Lite hunting knife. It has replaceable blades, that are very sharp. It worked great for quartering in the field, not styled for processing. The second is a Braun folding LED (rechargeable) work light, that I got at Harbor Freight. I picked up the light to use when dealing with game at night, however, it is a great work light and I keep it in my vehicle. I am not a gear freak. Both of these items are under $40.00 and worked well for me.
