Interesting. I noticed the sporting goods guy at Walmart in Mansfield pulling a cart full of shotgun shells away from the ammo area but never actually went to look in the display case.
Might have to run up and confirm.

Darn, I was at a Walmart yesterday, and they had a couple of boxes of ammo. Would have grabbed them if I knew this was happening.
I have a deer problem on my hog lease!!!

Based on what's been going on thus far this year as far as ammo availability, I can't imagine waiting until now to try and get ammo for the general hunting season.

Just left Wally world in Prosper not a gun or ammo in site.
Academy in Frisco all was fine guns and ammo on shelves.

I also bet this has to do with the roits in Philly also. They showed a Walmart that was looted the front door coverd in ammo. I saw that also. Cant blame Walmart for removing the ammo and guns.

Makes no difference who wins, they still gonna riot. Looters will just have to walk ALL the way to the back of the store to get firearms and ammo now. Armed security willing to shoot if necessary would solve that problem.

The bigger problem I see here, is why this many people go to Wal-Mart. I've never one time been inside the door of ours and haven't ever missed out on anything.
