Anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I've going through set up, signed up for the plan, took the test photo (which did arrive on my phone through the app). I put the camera out at the feeder a couple of days ago, but not only have no pics arrived through the app, I went out and pulled the SD card, and the camera is not taking any photos. Corn is getting eaten, and my old camera, which I left in place, is getting pics of deer. I feel like it's something obvious and I'm gonna feel like an idiot when I figure it out. (Yes, camera is turned on. LOL)

Make sure batteries are in correctly & tight.

Actually, I haven't gotten any pics since Sunday morning. Says batteries and signal are good. I am not sure what's going on.

I didn't get home in time to go check it last night, but the dang thing suddenly started working. I received a bunch of pics on my phone this morning. Not sure what the issue was, but it seems to be working now. Technology...can't live with it, can't live without it.

This seems to be a common problem with the camera from what I'm seeing on FB. It doesn't seem to matter what cell carrier the camera is using either...They are new to the market and had huge success very fast and I'm sure they are still working out the bugs as they go.

Mine ahs worked flawlessly for well over 2 months. But, I have still not received a pic since this past Sunday morning.

Try changing some camera setting - like resolution or delay on the phone app and then save the setting. In theory, It should send to camera and establish a fresh connection. If it works, you can change the settings back to your original preferences.

Might also check to make sure you don't have the timer function on which will limit the time the camera takes pics....

I do not have the Reveal but bought a Spypoint Cell-Link to test on my existing trail cams. I worked great on my old Primos Truth cam till it started acting up and not taking or sending pics. I changed to an older Spypoint and it worked for a while then it did the same thing. What I found out was that the summer heat was great with the sensitivity settings I had them on but as it cooled off I needed to change the sensitivity setting. Went back to the cheapo Primos and it is working fine again after adjusting the sensitivity.
