look great!!! Please share your recipe!!! do you roll out and fold over multiple times to get the flakey type biscuits?

I learned to NOT use salted butter OR remove additional salt ... I knocked it out of the park ALMOST but just too dang salty is why I stated unsalted butter.

I press my dough out into a rectangle. Then I fold the dough into about thirds. Repeat this process 3-4 times. I cut the dough with my cutter without twisting the cutter.

The final biscuits look like these examples after baking.

Mmmm I've got a soft spot for bread... or is it from bread... im not sure lol

All look great!

I know its cheating, but i buy canned biscuits for the convenience most of the time.... yall are encouraging me to make some from scratch though.
