Riding on the Mule through the pasture this morning, I see a bunch of crows fly up, about 30 yards in front of me then I noticed one of the birds was WAY bigger than the rest. I see the white tail feathers and I immediately knew what it was, then I saw that snow white Head, and what I saw next surprised me, dangling from his Talon's was a half eaten squirrel.
We usually see a eagle once or twice a year here, but never seen one flying with its food.

There is a pair of eagles that nest around lake Conroe, they are truly majestic!

We see them while crappie fishing pretty regularly.
