Maybe so if you went by the widest part between tines since they splay out. Poor pic so hard to tell where main beam is exactly but i would say 22" inside.
At some point in life its time to quit chasing the pot of gold and just enjoy the rainbow. FR

I think you are probably right on with that estimation. I shot a buck last season that was 24 4/8" inside. South TX.

If he his ears are 17" tip to tip then he would be 23"-24" inside...if they are 15" tip to tip then he is going to be 2" narrower. Prove us all wrong

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!
