This is about 11 miles N/NW of Stephenville. It is 32° and ice is forming on trees across from my house and all of the shrubs in the front of my house are pretty covered as well. I do not know if I have ever seen this happen in October before, but I doubt it. Good thing it's going to warm up. I left water in tanks/lines, and I'm only a couple miles from you. Never expected a freeze before opening weekend!

Nice! Pretty picture too I laughed at global warming 2 years ago. Sometimes in Duval County we rarely get a hard freeze at all and we had several inches of snow
