I just made my morning walk around the block but it's laundry day. My laundry room is down stairs and my laundry is up stairs. Guess what? I try my best to take it like the man who complained because he had no shoes, until he met a man who had no feet.

I should have taken better care of myself but I sure had a lot of fun getting here.
AMEN BROTHER, me to Did you ever do something stupid and say to yourself “I’m going to pay for that when I get older?” We’ll I’m older now and would love to go back in time and throat punch myself for being an idiot doing idiotic things Yep, had a heck of a good childhood and teenage years. Some of the most fun things are really reminding me of how much fun it was. Used a linesman belt to change the ratchet straps on a couple of 20' tall climbing sticks yesterday and I am paying for it today. That and I walked over 5 miles with a heavy backpack and crossbow.

Mine are now TITANIUM!! They’re stiff but thank goodness there is no PAIN involved in normal activities any more. Replaced 2/14/20. But I’m still a flat ground walker only at this point. Not hunting this season.

I have a few pains but the the metal plate in my shoulder keeps my mind off the other pains. When it gets cold I can feel the the plate get cold and then it actual radiates to the bones.
Sometimes it's hard being me! But somebody has to do it.

I have screws in my right ankle that like to ache when it gets cold and rainy like this. I'm sure it won't get any worse in the next 20 years.

Three screws in my left elbow. I can tell when the weather changes, but I can still shoot a pump shotgun if necessary.

Duh. I picked up my first prescription of Celebrex on an afternoon. I continued taking it before my afternoon shower. I finally figured it out. I'm more active in the daylight hours.
