My hunting buddy asked me to trailer his pointer to the lease and he was going to meet up later. He was coming straight from work. Got to the lease and let his dog out to do his business. I'd hunted with that dog probably 50 times and he'd never run off. It was dusk. Soon as I let him out he ran off and wouldn't come back. I looked for that dog for 3 hours. He finally showed up at our camp house a couple hours later. It taught me "never a borrower or lender be". Carp happens and usually when you least expect it.

Don't eat. Your heart out. Had. One of mine do worse.

That’s why I always put an e-collar on them before being released off leash while at camp. Or anywhere besides my backyard.

I’ll let my Britts out without a collar but no other mutt gets to run free.

This was before we had GPS collars. He'd never run off before.

You don’t need GPS if you have electricity and your dog is in earshot. Their hearing improves when you push the button.

I've never had a dog that would listen to anybody but me.

I would not loan my dogs out.

I'll put it another way: Would you take out a loan to save your dog's Life?

About a year ago my dog was diagnosed with severe canine elbow dysplasia. She was unable to stand and could not go on walks. It was too hard to see her that way. And we were faced with that tough, tough decision. What do we do? Because of https://paydayinusa.com/states/payday-loans-in-alaska my friend is alive, and she will have the chance to live a long life. I could not be more grateful for this company, helped me get my dog back on her feet by financing treatment for dog elbow dysplasia surgery. Now my girl is training as a therapy dog, so she can give back to her community. It's just a tremendous service, and we are so thankful.

Nope
My husband even has to ask me, if he can take one of my dogs hunting.
Half the time I tell him No.

He grew up hunting, but not hunting over dogs.
Both of us would be heartbroken, if something preventable happened to one of them.
Being told no, is better than having to make a phone call that something bad happened.

Shopping with your husband is like hunting with the game warden.
Experience is what you get, when you didn't get what you wanted.
