Prayers sent!

Saw a doctor on the news the other night say to take the following OTC Meds if you do get it:

Vitamin D
Inhaled steroids- like Flonase
N-ACETYL CYSTEINE
Zink
Reduced Glutathione

He seemed to think it helped you to get over it and not have serious issues better by 90%. Not sure if that’s true, but he seemed pretty convincing to me.

I tested negative. I am wondering as much of this stuff I have been around I may be asymptomatic. My wife worries me as she sees an oncologist for immune issues so we have to watch her close. My cousin who is a flight medic and soon to be a PA sent me a text this is what my girls are on by his recommendation:

Over the counter-
Dayquil-as needed
Nightquil- as needed
Zinc Maxx- once per day
Vitamin D-2000 mg per day
Vitamin C- 2000 mg per day

Prescriptions were from arbutol to cough medicine and promethazine from local doc today

Prayers sent.

No clue on what to take except my VA Doc said I needed to up my Vitamin C, D, and to take a One A Day Multiple Vitamin to improve my immune system. Not sure if that was all he said or even what he said, but that is what we figured he meant. I feel like I have been a walking vitamin pill bottle for 6 months. Vitamins are safe, any excessive amounts the body gets rid of them

Thoughts and prayers sent, my brother, that's all I got. If I had more it's yours for the asking.

Sounds like the one that was on The Ingraham Angle Thursday or Friday night, think it was Friday. Both are in the link below

Get an oxygen saturation monitor ASAP for them, they need to keep checking it throughout the day and after they exert any energy. My family had it this summer. I took a steady dose of zinc vitamins and advair that I stole from my wife and came out ok.

Amazon is delivering two of the oxygen monitors tomorrow. One for our household the other for my daughter. We have the zinc, vitamins and Tylenol. FYI do not use Ibuprofen or similar over the counter pain meds/fever reducers.

Praying they have an easy time with it... my youngest son had it about 6 weeks back, only a mild fever for two days, and a loss of taste. His in-laws had it a few months back and they both had very mild symptoms. His wife and kids never showed a single symptom.

I know it hits some folks harder, but we've been fortunate.

They are not getting any worse, just a cough and some chest congestion with runny nose. Wife lost all taste the day before yesterday and still has no taste of anything. With that stated everyone. Be mindful. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO RUN A FEVER TO HAVE COVID.

That is one of the biggest BS lines. My wife and daughter NEVER ran fever even up till now they are fever free. They both thought they had allergies or a mild cold. They have been very fortunate it was not worse.

Good to hear, my son's fever never got higher than 100.5... his sense of taste came back slowly, but it did come back.
