Lived in Riverton, WY for 5 years smack dab in the Res. Drugs, alcohol and crime are out of control on the Wind River Res. Recently it was so bad the BIA brought in 35 undercover FBI agents to clean it up.
One must also look at the American Indian has only had access to alcohol for a little over 200 years. Doesn't seam like much since Europeans have been drinking for centuries.
