Buddy of mine shot a big 6 on his place in Eastern Oklahoma some 30 years ago. Had 24” inside spread, and antler bases were bigger than a soda can. I don’t remember measuring the beam length, but it was proportionate to the width. Taxidermist used a modified mule deer form, as the neck was considerably bigger than the whitetail forms at the time.

This guys my favorite. Just saw him last year and he wasnt a regular. Havent seen him this year but hope to. Jumped this one on the way to the stand, then saw that he was on the game cam for the 1st time. Wish I had known he was around earlier. Next afternoon, walked in quietly and saw does near the feeder. Stopped & glassed, then rewarded as he came in to check out the does.
