Speed nocks

Read a little about adding speed nocks to take out some of the "wobble" of the string at release to improve accuracy. Anyone use these and are they worth adding?
I dont know what we're put on this earth to do but we're here damn it!

Nope, if you are going to change the nock, luminocks are the way to go. I love those nocks, makes it easy to find your arrows and gives you the ability to see about where you hit on the animal. This is absolutely a mandatory hunting item for me these days.

Some say it helps , several that shoot to 100 yards or more regularly have them and say it helps a little. They also said you will not notice the difference most of the time if within 40 or 50 yards.
lf the saying "Liar, Liar your pants on fire" were true Mainstream news might be fun to watch
