Y'all ever eat plantains? They're like a less sweet banana. They would fry them up like potatoes with just about every meal when I went to Costa Rica.

Breakfast for me is often banana nut bread with a double handful of dried cranberries mixed in.

Man, I’m gonna hang out with Dave Davidson. His bkfast beats the snot out of mine.

As for sugar, and Bill thinking sugar from different sources is different. Sugar, if I remember correctly is C12H22O11, so sugar is sugar, except for sugar from your sweetie.
