Love them. Ever look at the health benefits a banana? There are too many to list, which include heart health, better mood, and weight loss. I eat one everyday. You?

Nope, they are very high in sugar.

Gonna have to call BS on your claim to weight loss by eating bananas, due to average banana having 14 grams of sugar.........

Moderation. I wrote banana, not bananas. There are 14 grams of sugar and 105 calories in one banana. There is also a difference in natural sugar and added sugar. Look it up.

It works for me.

Also, I feel flattered that you always pick my threads to reply to.

You are welcomed. Keep posting subject that interest me and I will reply.

I was shocked at how much sugar fruits contained, and they say grapes are the worst fruits to eat.

For me I don't care if it's natural sugar or added sugar, it's all the same to me.

I have decided to eat a carnivore diet and avoid carbs, and bananas are a big no no for me to eat. Some times I will jam on some strawberries / blueberries but that is the only fruits for me, and those are in moderation.......

Bananas are some of my favorites, especially in the morning. They keep me feeling full for longer than most fruits.

I've never been on any kind of special diet. My General Metabolic Pool seems to take any of the food groups and convert them, instead of vise versa.

I like bananas, banana muffins and banana pudding. The only problem is that I developed an allergy to banana a little bit over 3 years ago. It messes with my heart rhythm and makes it skip several beats. It caused me to have heart catheterization looking for blocked arteries, but thank the Lord there was no blockage. I do miss them though.

I have tried to eat a diet almost non existent in any sugar. Eating foods in sugar tends to make me hungry and I get much more hungry when eating a diet full of carbs.

I have a banana every morning around 6:00 before I walk the mutt.

Try putting your bananas in the fridge, they taste sweeter or more like a dessert when you eat them cool up

I plan to put this on my next one. It only has 35 calories per serving.

I do the same most of the time. But I do like me some slightly green nanners every now and then. They're slightly tart that way and really tasty.
