The Ribeye Of The Sky...that looks amazing.
The salad and veggies looks as nice as the bird!

Crane grilled rare/medium rare is as good as a good steak. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/10/full-10556-259057-495c1ba8_e524_41b8_9089_f17a49526db0.jpeg)

I knew it! I've been on a few guided crane hunts and the guides only want to breast the birds. Each time I've asked about the thighs and drum sticks and they said it's not worth the time to pull them off.
This looks great. The next time I go I'm going to demand the thighs and drum sticks.

Breast,thighs,drumsticks,hearts,liver,gizzards,neck. It’s all good eating. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/10/full-10556-259168-7925a511_d2ba_4b5d_bdae_88d8e634377d.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2020/10/full-10556-259169-5371977e_b827_403b_beaf_8ce87b07a08b.jpeg)
