I pray that you protect all of our officers and other first responders that put their lives on the line every day. The suspect in custody is Elmer Manzano 51 y/o.

Just reported the DA for Harris County ordered the release of the shooter two days ago and his weapon returned to him. LinkSomebody is lying or Channel 13 is leaving out details. Officers were called at that time, where they found six bullets on Manzano but no gun.

According to KPRC News, the Harris County DA Office is now putting it on the LEO's who responded to earlier calls by claiming the officers told them they didn't think a crime had been committed.
Since when did LEO's start dictating to the DA office whether or not a crime has been committed?
