Just another boring pie, and wife wanted plain this morning and enough for leftovers while I go to Wyoming deer hunting.. Ham, cheddar, and mushroom with a good crunchy crust. I still have to spice mine up tho.

I dont know why but when i read the title the only thing that came to mind was barbacoa.... wont have time to make any but will find a taco house somewhere!

We pulled out an old favorite lately and have been enjoying Eggs Benedict, but that reminds me, I’ve got a pound of good chorizo in the fridge waiting for a pie.
