But if they receive money from the government that is more than the "taxes" they have paid, would the net result be zero? Just wondering. confused2

I pay high taxes. School tax in our area is high. I think poeple should pay school tax based on the number of school age kids they have LOL. I bet that would change sex habits in the bedroom!!!!!

I guess if he did anything illegal they would have already arrested him. I am sure he has been audited by more than one agency every year since 2015.

Why in Alabama is the Assessment Value only 10% of the Appraised Value? Do you only pay taxes on 10% of the Appraised Value of the home because of a homestead exemption or because Alabama has a state income tax?
