Thanks to both of y’all.

Yes, my dad took my nephew and and my nephew stuck a buck last Sunday morning. They watched the buck cross a fence and they were granted permission to trail it 2.5hrs later. After 4.5 hrs of searching for it they gave up so if it happens again I want to have the numbers on hand.

She runs dogs in your area, and is damn good. She charges gas money and a tip if you feel they earn it. Best money I ever spent.

not a set fee plus gas and tip?

Whats a good tip per hour of work. Assuming most take less than an hour?

You have to figure driving time, too. IMO I wouldn't pay anybody less than $100, and $30-50 more per hour for anything beyond 2 hours.
