Anybody going?

I have been to two gun shows in my life first one was at the Dallas Market Hall about 15 years ago, man you talking about interesting people watching, they were there in all flavors!
Other one was in Wichita Falls within a year or two of the Dallas show.

If you have been to one did you actually buy anything or see anything interesting?.

I stopped going to gun shows with any hope of actually buying a gun. Prices are stupid high, the only real deals are if you can catch a rube walking in the front door that's looking to unload something. It is nice to be able to see and hold some of the newer ones, though.

Probably not. haven't been to a gun show in years. More times than not, they are more expensive than stores these days.

Never been to one. No need to change.

With the shortage of firearms and ammunition available currently at retail, I'd say this is good.

Used to go for cheap reloading supplies, but that is no more.

My wife buys all our candles.
I sharpen my own knives.
Crowds suck.
If I wanted to pay way more for firearms and components than I should, I'd vote Democrat.

The one last weekend in Fort Worth was great. I got a new Glock for less than any Gunbroker price and picked up some 9mm ammo. Prices were all over the place so it just took a little walking to find the good deals.

Quit going to gun shows when they stopped selling beer . LOL

I thought it was funny that for years and years they always had one at Dallas Market Hall the same weekend as opening weekend of (gun) Deer season in Texas.

Couldn't agree more. I bought two very nice mint rifles at Tulsa last year from such individuals, a Savage Favorite .22 single shot & a #4 Remington Rolling Block .22 Long Rifle.

Just like Texas Motor Speedway having their big race on the opening weekend of rifle season.

I quit going to the Fort Worth one when parking prices and entry fees went up. Over $25 before wife and I get in. And, I really can't think of anything I need or even want. No room left in the safe for another rifle. I've stayed over stocked on reloading components. The city and it's greed got to me.
