We have laminate flooring throughout the house. For medical reasons my wife can't handle a mop, so moping duties have been 100% mine for the last five years. I absolutely hated it. I used traditional string mops, those rayon strip mops, and even those things with a sponge on a rectangular plate. Hated them all.

About three months ago my daughter who has wood plank flooring said, "Dad, you've got to get an O-Cedar spin mop.

I did, and Wow! This thing takes all of the agony out of what used to be a real chore. The dang thing is almost fun to use. If you mop you should give one a try. Thank me later.

Depends on who is in the house when one of the dogs makes a mess. Both of us shared the household duties when we both worked, now that we are retired we still do. We have that same mop, it is the best one we have found.

I don't even know where she keeps the mop.

Mopping has always been my “duty”, I cook and mop. Wife does all the rest. I enjoy to cook so the jokes on her lol. But yea I hate mopping. I use a similar mop. I’ve been toying around with getting one of the rumba mop robots. I already have a sweeper robot running every day might get one of the mop robots and run it twice a week. Then the joke really would be on her lol.

I mop my office floor between clients now due to state guidelines...and it's a pain in the ****. I use an O'Cedar version of the swiffer wet jet thing. I might try the contraption you have linked to.

??? Do your customers roll around on the floor? I haven’t heard of mopping in between customers.
