OP KRoyal Texoma Legend Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 23,021 Sherman/North of Dallas	Really wanted to do Sunday brunch today but didn’t have the stuff for mimosas, and you gotta have mimosas with brunch, so had to wait until 12 to get it, then I fell asleep with my son for our daily nap. So decided to still make it for dinner. Idk what it’s called I just came up with it from ingredients I had in the fridge. Grilled chicken with garlic jalapeño rub over cauliflower rice. Some tiny avocado toast on French bread crisptinis with a little bacon and red onion. Topped it all off with some sliced avocado and 2 poached eggs.
