Had a real hankerin' after the Fried Chicken thread. Some fresh spuds needed to be boiled and turned into bohunk potato salad (no disrespect there, I just love stone ground mustard spuds with skin on).... Broke out the deep Dutch, and let 'er rip. Didn't have any kitchen help, so cheated and Mrs. Pillsbury helped with the dough. Softened butter and some of the last of the Three Rivers mesquite honey made the world go round better. Those great big thighs were the choice of the day, for both skin on, size and tenderness. Turned out pretty darned good, if I do say so..
