Beef Stroganoff....Oh baby, what a carb loading couple of weeks to look forward to. Bill ought to be right in there, with noodle dishes galore. Managed to shave and cube a nice beef bottom round, with some red wine, mushrooms and onions (yes Bullfrog, I had to leave them really big, but I did get a few in there smile ). Nice wide egg noodles and sweet green peas. Still had a half a lime in the fridge , so needed to use it up in a G&T..

Since I missed National Noodle day on the 6th (my birthday, but wasn't about to miss out on steak), I wondered too. Looked it up and it said that there's over 250 types of pasta and it's basically any food typically made out of flour/semolina from durham wheat. So your answer is - YES!
