Saturday was a fine night for a hunt. Only 1 wasted shot...but dang I hate looking for hogs in deep grass in the dark. I had to go back and find two. Fortunately, the buzzards were a lot of help. Yes, I shot through the fence. No wires were hit, but to paraphrase this particular landowner, "If they are on the other side of my fence, how else are you going to shoot them? Fixing fences is nothing. Just let me know and I will take care of it in the morning." He really hates the hogs.
