Looks wonderful. I'm thinking I need to break out the cast iron this week and do some of that!!! True story, I'm in the process of moving and have everything packed in my normal kitchen arsenal.....Found a hot plate and did it there. Turned out better than most I do in the skillet.

Looks great!!! Won’t eat chicken off the bone anymore, had a bad incident when I got to the bone years ago. But love tenders and breasts!!!!!!

That Julio's seasoning is excellent! It goes great on potatoes. It goes great on everything. Steaks, chicken, fish, pork, etc.
