I know there are a lot of options for floating motion decoys on the market, but I have been thinking about adding a Wonderduck to my aresenal. I wanted to see what the experts think of these products and if there is a model (seems to be lots of options on their site) that is preferred. Thanks in advance.

Know that "spinners" and "water movement" decoys are different. Water movement I think you are talking about, I been using pulsator, but any product that efficiently does this is best. And you only need it if there is no wind and your decoys not moving.

I like the higdon pulsators and swimmers, as already mentioned. I have a crazy kicker that is more like a wonderduck ‘splasher’ type movement but rarely use it.

Pulsators (Butt spitters) and mojo's. I run 3 pulsators and 1 mojo. Works great.

Wonderduck is awesome my body has one that we've been running for about 3 years and it puts great motion in the spread on those calm days

Check out SOAB Hunting. They make a great product and it's a local TX company! Small business type customer service.
And it puts out some really great realistic motion!

I'm running several Wonderducks. Made in Marshall Texas one at a time. HIghly recommend

Pulsators are great, when they work. I'm very unhappy with the XS model. Nothing but problems out of the one I got and it's still not fixed.

G&H has a robo duck that does the job. Ive had it for two seasons and its still working well. Take the batteries out .. its water resistant- not water proof

This right here. I bought two brand new last year and have taken them both back twice. Will not buy the XS model ever again. Older models don't seem to have the same issues.

Swimming decoys are good unless your hunting flooded vegatation in which they get tangled extremely fast. Great for ponds if that's your thing.

They are good for slow mornings, you can watch them for hours...

Curious to know what your XS's were doing? I have one and want to keep an eye on what ever it is. I still prefer the old one with box that sits on the bottom.

I'm really not 100% sure what it is. I've had issues where they won't charge and I've aquired 4 different chargers from returnng them so I know it's not the charger. I also had one that said it was charged but couldn't get it to work unless I had the connection plugged in just perfectly. Then after two hunts it went completely out. I keep mine in a hard Plano box when I transport them in my boat or vehicle so I know it has nothing to do with how I'm handling them. Two of my friends have older versions that we have been hunting over for 3-4 years and work perfectly, so not sure what is wrong with the XS.

With my xs, I remove the waterproof battery box and open it up. I disconnect the wiring harness from the battery and directly charge to the battery. I think that really helps. Alot more work but I feel more confident I am getting a good charge. Those lithium batteries can be finicky and expensive to replace.

Have a spare battery if you want to try it. I had one of mine where the connector inside the decoy was loose, trying to plug it in would just push the connection up into the decoy.
