Yes. The Marlin 1895SBL


Great rifle, great caliber. I've got three Marlin levers. 336Y, 336 in 35 Rem and 1895 in 45-70.

Great rifle, great caliber. I've got three Marlin levers. 336Y, 336 in 35 Rem and 1895 in 45-70.


I really like it. I hit that hog in the face with the first shot (you can see his eye popped out) but he took off. I was able to lever in another round and get him with a second shot before he went 30 yds. If I had been using my Ruger American you see in one of the earlier photos I think he would have gotten away.

I am using the x-sight II 3-14x. In that video I had it zoomed to about 5X. The second camera without the crosshairs is a inexpensive video camera I got on ebay.


I run the x-sight off an external rechargeable battery in a pouch on my gun stock. It burns AA batteries pretty fast otherwise.
