We have two monolith feeders and both of them have had issues with what we think are ants building a mound up through the base and then chewing through the wires. Anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve the issue?

How big is the freaking mound?! It's got to be 18-20" up in that base. Might try Sevin Dust inside that thing. And chewing through the wires seems odd, no issues with mine at all.
