Thought about this for a while and slapped it together this am. Put a light coating of Cream Cheese in the bottom of the Jalapenos, then added scrambled eggs mixed with leftover Jalapenos & Cheese Bratwurst, Sharp Cheddar and Bacon. Topped 4 of them with either Wild Plum, Raspberry, Orange Marmalade and Pace Picante sauce.
My favorite was with the Orange Marmalade, next was straight up, least was with the Pace on it.

It looked and smelled really good, truth is it was just okay good and unless someone has a different recipe I will not go there again.
I think the scrambled eggs texture and me not spicing them up just did not give it enough of a robust flavor that I like.

Fortunately I have about 12 more already cleaned Jalapenos halves for later

Well they must have made this cast iron for Pigmy Jalapenos, could not use it.




I actually put two more slices down with this.

Maybe mixed with Beef Fajita meat or something that has some kick.
Like the old saying goes."Nothing ventured Nothing gained" and I tried. I will concoct something better next time

I will try it with my bison chorizo, as that is pretty spicy and let you know.
