mine was this...
4 pcs boneless skinless thighs
1/3 c rice wine vinegar
1/3 c soy sauce
1/3 c water
1 onion sliced
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
2 bay leaves
brown the chicken off in a fry pan and remove. combine everything else in the pan and bring to boil. add the chicken back and simmer for 20 minutes covered. remove chicken and reduce the pan liquid. poor the contents over the chicken and serve with jasmine rice.
