I was looking for a way to view my targets at 200 yrs plus for seeing results without walking there often. My wife was doing FaceTime on her cell phone with granddaughter when the brain light came on for me. I thought, why not mount her cell phone on my tripod and call my phone using FaceTime or zoom. That way I can view the target with my cell phone. It worked great but of course you need to be in a good signal area.

I bought a pretty decent spotting scope off of Craigslist a couple of years ago. I'll admit that's a pretty hit-or-miss proposition, though.
Still, a spotting scope would solve your problem.

I use a Celestron 20-60X 80mm however at 200+ yards I have to stand and look hard to see the 22 holes. I can see them brought my scope but beyond 200 the phone works great

The Caldwell camera is cheap and does a great job. I have one but it seems the only time it’s used is for 500y ladder tests. But it’s as handy as a pocket in a shirt for that.

Check out SME target camera. It will WiFi to your phone and you can view your target in real time. As for the WiFi, it uses its own wifi network to connect to your phone. It’s not internet it’s like Bluetooth but long distance. The app is great as well. You can mark each shot and you can save each session. You can also use multiple colors for multiple shooters or guns or whatever.

Using any newer GoPro would also do wi-fi to your phone for a live view.
