Howdy folks. I just got my PDF layout proof for the upcoming book I edited, Next Level Knifemaking. I edited, plus contributed 5 chapters. Other chapters by Tracy Mickley, Ed Caffrey, Jim Cooper, Lin Rhea, Nathan Carothers, Bob Ohlemann, Salem Straub, Larrin Thomas, Joshua Swanagon, Geoff Keyes, Erin Healy, Dustin Rhodes, Shanna Jantz Kemp, Ed Braun, Dave Ferry, Mark Bartlett, John Gulso, and Brad Stallsmith. Release target is before the end of 2020. Myself and the other authors will be working hard to get the word out once it's available for purchase. In the meantime, enjoy the introduction.

Jason, I guess those twins aren't keeping you that busy bro? chicken

Nothing from Ed Fowler? Love that old man, last time I spoke to him he said to email him he's almost deaf... I told that was better for me, I miss a lot of calls because I can't hear the phone ring. roflmao

Same here. I have to wear my hearing aids when I go out to dinner, etc. Everybody told me to protect my hearing but I guess I didn't believe them. Now that it's too late, I use shooting earmuffs stuffed with paper or cotton every time I shoot, start the sander or do any grinding.

I say Huh? a lot. My hearing aid guy says that I have gotten good at lip reading without knowing it. My wife has learned that she needs to look at me when she talks or I just won't get what she says.

Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

I certainly will as soon as it's out. smile I just got the second draft layout proof this morning.

The other book I haven't told y'all about yet is supposed to be out in December.

I'm hoping to set up a website for book sales, but they'll be available other places as well.
