Anyone have one they use and like? I've been going to C&C in Elkhart since I can remember, just got a notice they are closing after 37 years of business.

Santos Wildgame & Custom Processing on HWY 31 going out towards Tyler does a good job. Been going there for 7 years now. Reasonably priced.

Santos Wildgame & Custom Processing on HWY 31 going out towards Tyler does a good job. Been going there for 7 years now. Reasonably priced. Thanks, I have seen their place, just didn't know anyone who has gone there. Any recommendations as far as sausage, jerky, etc?

The Jalapeño and Cheese Sausage is really good. We usually just get that and get the rest grounded up.
