This is my old boy riding shotgun, 14 years this October. Where did the time go? A better rat killer never existed. He still wants to run rabbits, hogs and squirrels but he just can't see or hear them. He can still track though. Of course his days of jumping in through the truck window are gone. He sits by the door so I can pick him up. He always rides shotgun and will get in your lap if your in his seat. lol...

Makes me happy and sad - nothing will ever compare to the loyalty of a dog. I'm glad you have the time with him. Man I hate to think about dogs getting old...

To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target.

Life wouldn't be near as much fun if it wasn't for our dogs.

High fence, low fence, no fence, it really doesn't matter as long as you're hunting!

Redbone is 14 today! We're going hunting in the morning. He'll just lay in the deer blind until I make a shot and if he needs to he'll track em down. If not he'll just walk up to em and lay down. He's resting up now.
