I prefer a pull through site. Just makes it a little easier to get set up. I have done both and it is not a deal breaker just my preference.

I have owned an park for the past 9 yrs. Some folks absolutely cannot back an rv whether it be a fifth wheel or a bumper pull. Design you sites for the least experienced rv'ers. If I can be of any other help, give me a shout.

Have a friend who owns an RV park on the Frio by Garner Park. He cannot believe how many people come in with brand new trailers driven off the sales lot and then can't maneuver them. He is so weary of fixing plumbing and electrical surfaces from them being run over and sometimes still attached when the idjits pull out.

Trees. Not sitting on top of each other. I can camp in a Walmart parking lot. I don't want a sea of concrete.

Lots of new campers out this year. This weekend I backed our camper in our campsite and the camper next to us asked me how I did it😂 so pull thru would be a plus. A covered picnic table and a shade tree would be a plus.

Quite a few long parking pads, drive thru preferred. Motorhome with a 21' bass boat or a car takes a lot of space...

My wife and I always appreciate a hiking trail to take the dog and shake the kinks out from a days driving.

Pull throughs eat a lot of good land and cost more $$$ for roads, but some folks have to have them.
I have seen parks that do about half drive throughs and then charge a premium for them.

Buddy in Florida runs a park with about 120 spots. He is pulling in an extra $2-3K\month on wifi. Nothing out of pocket and does a thing but put flyers on the check-in desk. Some company installed an outdoor access point/repeater/somethingoroether on every other floodlight pole in the park. The company that installed it also operates it. Its like the paid access wifi in an airport...you turn your device on and it takes you to a page that takes a credit card. I think folks pay something like $6/day, $25/week or $75/month, and he gets 1/3.

We all need to practice Whoa more.

The WiFi we offer for free and it is always having issues. Maybe this would be a good option. We drove the property today and I am thinking we will have both pull thru and back in. We will definitely have plenty of roads and trails so golf carts welcome. We are doing 3 lakes now and this place will be awesome when it is done. The lakes will more than likely not be completed until late 2021. Lot of dirt to move.

We like to not be too close together, been in parks where our slides almost reach the pad next to us. Shade, picnic table are big pluses. Pull through or back in doesn’t matter as long as the driveway is wide enough to maneuver. Good luck!

I’d have about 25% be pull through, for the large motor homes with trailers abs for idiots that can’t back a trailer. They eat up a ton of space compared to back in only. Charge those people a premium for the unseen service you are providing them.

level pads, pull through isn't necessary but is a nice addition. A covered picnic table is a nice touch. The biggest thing though, is not being stacked right on top of each other.
