Drew the management hunt this year at the Chap. I am contemplating buying and taking some cellular game cameras with me to maybe get a quicker read on where the deer are running. Anyone know what the cell coverage is like down there? Anyone tried this before? I have hunted both Kerr and Matador and in both cases the biggest challenge was coming in cold and trying to figure out where the deer were running.
If anyone has any other suggestions or comments on hunting the Chap drop me a PM.
Thanks and good luck to all this season.

I will be down there in December for the Either Sex deer hunt Dec 14-18. I have an iPhone with AT&T service which worked just fine out there about 4 years ago. I will be taking a few game cameras myself but not the cellular type. Whichever compartment you're on just corn it and wait. Maybe a nice management buck will come your way. Just pray for good weather when your down there.

Been there 3 times in last 10 years. Our IPhones with Verizon work fine for cell and text messages. Sending pics is slow. My partner with ATT has much better coverage for all services
