That's great! Congrats.

Crazy how the wait times are all over the board. If our government had any efficiency at all it would be shown with predictable approvals, which today we do not have. One person it takes 5 months and the next guy it takes 13....like WTH?

I think Kafka describes government processes about as well as anyone.

Well all this excitement got me giddy. I called this morning...I did my paperwork on 4/8 and the dealer I used submitted everything (even the check was on them) within 2 days.

I called and they said I was approved 9/1 but it could take up to 45 days for the dealer to receive my stamp. They suggested I contact my dealer and let them know it’s been approved. I did, they said they had not received it and mirrored the 45 day comment. So now I’m waiting for the stamp. Regardless, pretty stinking cool. I was prepping for this to not be approved until after the first of the year.

Nice. That beats the heck out of 18 months like last time.

Bought a suppressor early January this year and picked it up from LGS August 14, so 8 1/2 months. Took about 30 days for the LGS to get the paperwork after approval.
Applied for a Form 1 suppressor on July 31 and had my stamp in 5 weeks.

Single shot trust via SilencerShop kiosk.

Sorry...I didn’t mention. Mine is on a trust but my trust not a SilencerShop trust...although I wouldn’t hesitate to use that.

Did you mail a paper application in or e-file it? I just e-filed a Form 1 (in my trust name) and am curious to see how long it takes.
