I have a Savage 110 Tactical with a 20 MOA rail on it, I also have BSA boresight kit that i was wondering if I would be able to use to get on paper? If so, do I need to dial the scope to where it’s 20” low using the boresight? It only goes to 10” but i could count the clicks down... Am I thinking right or am I out of luck using the Boresight kit and just need to start at 25 yards?

The 20 MOA only affects internal travel. You still boresight at 0".
