Simply a roll call . No pictures necessary. Love to cook but it hurts my brain for all that thinking. Need help.

Same old Sunday steak and bake for me. You go next.

For people who like their pizzas at home. Since we are right in the middle of zucchini season everywhere, try some zuke pizza bites. Get nice 2-3" ones, slice about a 1/4" thick and cover with your choice of cheese. Use thin sliced pepperoni to top. This is Colby-Jack and you can see it melts really good. If you mix a little mozzarella with it, won't run quite as much. Bella!!!

I smoked another pulled pork on the egg today. 6.5 lbs is good for about 4 meals here. Leftovers were vacuum sealed and froze. No more meat buying this year for us. Need to make room in the freezer for this year's haul.

I’ve made those before, they were pretty dang good to. I dipped them in marinara sauce.

One of my favorites in tenderloin nachos. I start with a regular refried bean, cheese nacho then top it with chopped steak that has been braised in hot oil with store bought salsa and cilantro.

Because dinner is the main meal of the day, and used to be served at mid-day. Supper was the light meal at the end of the day. As times and schedules changed, the main meal (dinner) was moved to the evening, and supper was moved to noontime and the name was changed to lunch.

When I grew up, my Grandparents didn't get sentimental about pets, but had two names for all the farm animals. Chickens and pigs were lunch, and cows were dinner. smile

It's called supper, unless you're a yank. grin

Oh, and I cooked up a batch of tripas on the disco. Also had beef & chicken fajitas, ribs, pulled pork, sausage, jalapeno poppers, beans, & Mexican street corn.

A few pics of the tripas. Clean, crispy, & delicious. A dove hunting tradition, making more this weekend.
