Never tried cooking them before, turned out pretty darn good for a Rookie! Grilled some Onions and Jalapenos with the fat parts of some bacon I had, then added leftover Bratwurst that was stuffed with Jalapenos and Cheddar Cheese bits then leftover Bacon. Lightly sprinkled on some Garlic salt and yes Black Pepper goes on and into everything! Pulled the above out then cooked the eggs until almost done then added the above back into the eggs to meld the flavors together a little. Broke up some Tortilla Chips put in the bottom of the bowl, added all of the above onto them, added some Sharp Cheddar and Goat cheese (which really gives it a great flavor kick) more chips, Avocados and Hot Pace Picante sauce.
