Made some mini quiche with flour and corn tortillas. Bacon, bell pepper, jalapeño, cheddar cheese, and cilantro.

I’m the same way, idc how it’d made but meat cheese and eggs you can’t go wrong. Add in some peppers and onions and it’s just the sprinkles on top.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
3 Tbsp honey
2Tbsp yellow mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
