Picked one up in the 6-24 configuration with the Ahtena MIL reticle. I pretty impressed with the scope out of the box. Has steel and aluminum turrets that lock on zero. Just press the button with your thumb to unlock them.

The glass is really nice. I love the Athena reticle. It has 16 mils of elevation and wind holds in the reticle along with illumination. Primary Arms knows how to design a reticle.

For $799, it's going to be hard to beat in that price range.

Weight is only 23.5 ounces.

We tend to get stuck on the same old brand recommendations. I would definitely give the GLX series a look. PA is a good TX company. Can't wait to try it out at the range.

I really, really want to know how this tracks and returns to zero!

He did an initial tracking test. I'm interested to see his longer term test. He usually uses and abuses them for a year.

I have it’s lower power brother in mil dot and it’s a very solid scope. Being made in Philippines is a plus. Honestly, on par imo with the pst II. I’m pretty impressed for the $1k or less range. It has mechanically been solid. It reminds me of the Nikon Black FX-1000 with MUCH better turrets and slight nod in clarity. I don’t like posting about glass since it’s subjective, but it’s a good value and I base that off having S&B, IOR, and Steiner as my top tier glass. Their platinum line punches wayyyy above its weight class. Reminds me of the Cronus at a good deal cheaper.

I took it to then range today mounted on a new Tikka CTR 223. It was very easy to site in with the minimal adjustments I needed. I don't have any high end optics but the glass looked outstanding to me. Better than Leupold VX3, Meopta Meopro, Trijicon Accupower or my SWFA 3-9 HD.

It's going to make a great combo for target/varmint shooting suppressed. I didn't shoot it too much since I was mainly sighting in a few rifles for hunting season.
