I borrowed one several years ago. Preferred the racks in my convection oven.

I used my oven to make my last batch. It was a good batch. Next time, I’ll use the MES.

I have the cables one that looks like a mini fridge. Don't get the tall one that looks the same. Mine has 12 racks in it and does a good job also EZ cleanup.
