My old man is a good rancher. His cattle tasted pretty good.

We use Butcher Box a lot, and we like it.

Exactly. Just wondering if anyone had tried. With rubs and tenderizing any cut can taste good.

Dang. That does sound to good to be true. At that price, though, it’s worth a shot. Let me know how it works out.

$10 a pound for chicken seems a little high.

I don't think these are on the same level as Omaha, I could be wrong.

Picky eaters have the worst manners in the world. There is no way that I would tell my loving daughter that I like higher cuts or lie to her and tell her that the package was. Lost in the mail. My wife taught that Me that the time to say thank you was just after she opened the gift. I grilled the steaks and served them with a stuffed potato, and fresh garden salad. I'm not a wine drinker but I had a glass from the bottle she brought from Spain.

Bill, I believe that the slayer of pigs was complimenting Cathy’s gift, not downplaying it.

I just dropped my 3/4 Wagyu 1/4 British off at the butcher today.... He was not as big as I would like but was not getting any bigger.... If anyone is selling 12 lbs of Wagyu grind for 70.00 you better FILL you freezer!!! My cost in feed and processing alone cost more then that per # !!! I dont feed crap feed and hay and when they hit the plate you know it!!! But you are not getting a 1/4 under 1400.00 and I might not even sell anymore then I have. Im keeping 1/4 and might sell 1/4 but big IF... I don't like cheap beef.. Too much is shipped in and don't know where and what it ate....

If for personal consumption just go back to the old ways. Cut a bull calf and keep him fed with a milk cow. It's much less expensive and easier. Why people forget this and move off to this silly crap with these fancy breeds, I'll never know.
