Same here and apparently with other THFers who share the love of the soil. Beautiful pictures.

A nice lawn makes me happy. A nice lawn with little kids running and playing on it makes me even happier. My grandkids are grown now. I need them to start reproducing. I’ll mention that to them.

McLane 10 blade. Bought it from a guy in San Antonio for $125.00. It's probably 25+ years old. Starts on first pull and cuts great.

Had one for years. If you have hybrid Bermuda grass it's the only mower to use. It will make your lawn look like a putting green.

I love it. Went from a 2" height of cut last year with a rotary mower to a 3/4" cut this year. Once I scalp and dethatch next spring I am going to go to a 1/2" cut.

Nothing special about our yard. Used to be a hay field. The wife wants landscaping but I'm determined to keep it simple.

I'd love to have that, but I have St. Augustine and my yard is way to uneven for something like that. Going from one side to the other that thing would dig a trench in my yard because of elevation changes LOL.

Some type of hybrid bermuda. I didn't plant it so not sure the type. Backyard has about 25% common mixed in. The hybrid is slowly taking it over though. The color difference between the hybrid and common next to each other drives me crazy.

My front yard is so uneven from the builder. This spring I’m getting a couple tons of mason sand to even out the yard.

You would come in second if this were a contest. All the other replies would be tied for first.
