I took the easy way out for lunch. I made tuna salad and put it on cranberry walnut bread. Easy easy meal.

That looks awesome. Love tuna salad, chicken salad, or even just egg salad!! Stuff them into some fresh bread, or a big croissant and I'm in Heaven

LOL. I just made the same thing for our supper tonight. Great stuff.
Leaving for vacation tomorrow and trying to use all of the vegetables. Tomatoes, lettuce, onions, celery, radishes and bell peppers with mayo.

I like tuna salad in a tortilla wrap during the summer, makes a nice cool but still filling lunch.

What tuna do you use? That looks great. The tuna I get, although it tastes good, it turns out looking like potted meat.

I like to use canned pink salmon. Lot more flavor. I'll occasionally throw in a can of sardines, too.
